Shipping Information

**Order arrival time = production time + shipping time. See below for shipping time of different mail types.

► US SHIPPING:
USPS first class shipping; delivery in 3-5 business days (with online tracking)
USPS priority shipping; delivery in 2-3 business days (with online tracking, $50 insurance )
USPS priority express shipping; delivery in 1-2 business days (with online tracking, signature confirmation, $100 insurance)

You can upgrade to PRIORITY and EXPRESS shipping from shipping drop down menu during check-out. 
For priority mail, if you don't need signature confirmation, please contact us within 5 days after you submit your order.

► INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
☛ For Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, The Netherlands, Japan, Singapore
- USPS International First Class: estimated delivery in 7-20 business days from dispatch date (without online tracking, may take up to 45 days depending on countries)
- USPS International Priority: estimated delivery in 6-15 business days (with online tracking). 
- USPS International Express: estimated delivery in 2-3 business days (with online tracking). 
☛ For all other countries:
- USPS International Priority (DEFAULT): estimated delivery in 6-15 business days (with online tracking). 
- USPS International Express: estimated delivery in 2-3 business days (with online tracking). 

>> Please note delivery time for international orders is not guaranteed 100%. Though most orders arrives in expected time, it may also depend on the country and its custom. In some rare cases, packages may be hold at custom for up to 7 weeks. Please understand the risk in buying internationally and that we have no control over this.
>> We are not responsible for any extra charges at custom for international orders. Most orders are delivered without any charges. Please still be aware of any custom charges YOUR shipping country may have. We hope you understand that this varies greatly and we cannot advice further on this.
>> For international orders shipped with First Class mail, tracking information only shows when the package is in the US. When the package crosses the border, there will be no updates until it's delivered.

----- LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES -----

All orders are shipped via USPS/ DHL. Once an order is shipped, USPS/DHL takes over the responsibility to deliver that order. In all cases that an order is already marked as "delivered", we are not responsible for any LOST/ DAMAGED packages.

In case an order is marked as "undelivered", please contact us to resolve the issue.
