60-DAY RETURN POLICY / REFUND
Our goal is to bring to customers the best products and services. Therefore we offer up to 60 day return policy on the purpose to make you feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Personalize.jewelry. We will make a full refund for you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of the original shipping date. The refund will be deducted any shipping and/or gift packaging charges, if any.
Please be noted that any item purchased from Personalize.jewelry can be returned, including engraved items. The item must be returned in a new and unworn, damaged or misspelling engraved condition and must have the jewelry tag attached. It is advised not to remove this tag until you are certain you want to keep your item. The tag does not need to be removed for ring sizing purposes. The thread is extremely thin and will not impact how the ring fits.
Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

- We will send you a confirmation letter of all information about the refund or exchange, return address, contact person, charges if any.
- Please have the item packed carefully and sent to us.
- The item should be in original condition and not be used, worn or damaged.
- We will inspect the item and inform you the refund or exchange schedule in details.
- It takes up to 72 hours after we received the item to process the return.
We will send the newly-resizing item back to you in 2 weeks if this is our mistake. Otherwise we are not responsible for resizing if you have ordered the incorrect size. We suggest that you measure the size carefully since it is made and customized just for you only.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellation of orders are accepted within 12 hours and we will make a refund for you in 5-7 business days. Cancellation after 12 hours will not be accepted as your order has already been processed.
Every Personalize.jewelry item is made to order and unlike most jewelry stores, our no hassle return policy includes engraved and personalized items. We do, however, reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee in the rare case where a customer takes advantage of this policy by ordering numerous personalized items for the purposes of comparison or sizing. If we feel this is the case, we will contact the customer prior to accepting the order.
Since our products are all custom made, the result of our finish products may vary from the advertised pictures in all our listings. We inspect all our products very carefully before each shipment, to provide the best quality products to our customers.
